Ancient Antalya was one of the most strategic strongholds of the Roman times. Cities like Attalia, Perge, Aspendos, Side were just few of them.

Today after a short drive you will explore the sites one after another. Perge, the Roman archaeological site near Antalya. You will be welcomed by the Byzantine Gate and then head out to the Hellenistic Gate. On one side is the Roman Bath on the other The Roman Market place. The Agora and the The Forum. Remember to take a walk at the Roman Cardo Maximus flanked by shops fronted by covered sidewalks. Then drive to Aspendos to see the best preserved Roman Theatre where you will examine all of the features of a Roman theatre and to share the excitement of the ancient audience. The trip to Aspendos will not be complete without seeing The Roman Aquaducts. An exceptional example of a Syphon System. Lunch will be served at a local house near Aspendos. The day will be completed at Side. A seaside archaeological site with a beautiful temple on the waterfront. Start with the ancient main artery which leads to the Roman Theatre. After a short walk you will find the Temple of Athena and Apollo on the waterfront. Before heading back, a break at one of the seaside authentic Cafe sounds like a plan.

Today we will drive from Antalya to Kekova  Sunken city.After a 2 hours boat trip at the sunken city and exploring the sites located around the bay we will contınue to Kaş .This pastoral small town on the coast is where we are going to overnight.Lunch en route .Dinner at a seaside restaurant in the town.

In the morning we will first explore the town and see the iconic ancient monuments .Then we will journey to Saklıkent Canyon for an outdoor experience .If requested an excursion to the ancient city of Xanthos and  Patara can be added to the suggested itinenary. Coffee break and a brief panoramic drive through in Fethiye before arriving  at Dalyan.Lunch en route.Dinner at a riverside  restaurant.Overnight in Dalyan.

Today we will start from Dalyan and sail to Iztuzu Beach at the mouth of the river.On the way we will explore the ancient city of Caunos and see the great examples of the Carian architecture such as the rock cut graves ,the theatre ,the paved street ,the market place,and the Roman Bath etc.Following the swimming break we will sail to the natural mud pool  to  enjoy this healthy treatment.Lunch en route.Dinner at riverside restaurant.Overnight in Dalyan.

Departure from Dalaman Airport or Antalya Airport

Early start.Journey to Pamukkale to see the cotton white travertines.After several panoramic stops rest of the day will be at leisure at the thermal spa hotel.Lunch en route .Dinner at the hotel.

Morning leisurely walk at the site Hierapolis and around the travertines.Maybe a paddle in the ancient  natural basins before leaving for Ephesus.Lunch en route .Dinner at Şirince village near Ephesus.Overnight at the village.

Today we will visit the world famous Ephesus. The walk at the site will take around two hours. Along the ancient main street  are all of the best examples of the Roman architecture such as the Odeon , the houses a Roman Bath,Hadrian s Temple.the Celsus Library .the grand Roman theatre, agora and many more.Just outside archaeological site are the remains of the Temple of Artemis which was one of the seven wonders of the world.Before leaving Ephesus area it is worth  a stop at the House of the Virgin Mary-the last dwelling place according to many sources. Depending on your flight then we will drive to Izmır airport or spend the night in İzmir and enjoy a leisurely afternoon and evening in the city , explore the authentic parts of the city and walk on the promenade
